Who is Lucia Caminos?

Rockstar introduces Lucia through her family, her time in prison, and her determination to improve her life. Her father taught her to fight when she was young. Fighting for her family later landed her in Leonida Penitentiary. She has been released and is deciding what comes next.

Her goal has a family history, too. Rockstar says Lucia wants the good life her mother dreamed about since their days in Liberty City. That tells us what she is seeking; it does not tell us whether she gets it. The official biography leaves the details of her imprisonment, release, and future choices open.
