Editorial policy
Short answer: ViceLens checks GTA VI facts against primary sources, labels analysis and unknowns, and avoids unnecessary spoilers. Corrections are documented when a published claim changes.

Sources and status labels
For announcements, we start with Rockstar Games and Take-Two Interactive, then platform holders such as PlayStation and Xbox. We link the source near each article’s end and date our checks. A source must support the exact claim, especially for prices, release dates and platform availability.
Confirmed marks a statement from Rockstar, Take-Two or a platform holder. Analysis marks our reading of official material. Not announced identifies a specific detail we checked and could not confirm. We do not publish leaks as facts.
Spoilers and images
Before launch, story coverage stays within details Rockstar has put in public marketing. After launch, we aim to signal story spoilers clearly and keep guide answers readable without unnecessary reveals. Illustrations are labeled and never presented as game footage. We credit official media to its publisher.
AI assistance and human review
AI tools may help with research organization and drafting. An editor checks every published factual claim against primary sources before publication. AI output alone is not evidence. When a source does not establish a detail, we remove the claim or label the detail as unannounced.
Independence and updates
ViceLens is an independent fan publication, not affiliated with Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive. A partnership does not buy a factual conclusion. We date material checks and update articles when official information changes. Our corrections policy explains error handling, and our contact page provides a reporting route.
