Short answer: Not announced Rockstar hasn’t announced GTA VI for PC yet (as of September 25, 2026). Take-Two’s August 7 product table lists PS5 and Xbox Series X|S for the game, with no PC entry.

What the official lineup says

Confirmed Take-Two’s Fiscal Q1 2027 results include a product schedule. In the Grand Theft Auto VI row, the platforms are PS5 and Xbox Series X|S and the date is November 19, 2026. The same table explicitly includes PC for another game, Judas. That contrast makes the omission clear: PC is not in the announced GTA VI lineup.

This is an absence of an announcement, not proof that a PC version can never happen. Rockstar’s GTA VI page also directs buyers to the two console families. The dossier found no PC store listing or system requirements on the official sources checked through September 25.

Does Take-Two’s PC strategy change that?

Confirmed The same earnings release contains a general company statement about opportunities on PC, mobile and other platforms. It discusses Take-Two’s overall strategy. It does not name a GTA VI PC version, date, storefront, or technical plan.

Analysis The product table is the more useful evidence for this specific question because it names GTA VI and its platforms directly. Reading a broad strategy statement as a GTA VI hint would add a claim the company did not make. Our platform guide shows the current console lineup in one place.

Is GTA 6 on Steam?

Not announced No. Searching Steam directly for Grand Theft Auto VI on September 25, 2026 returned no listing for the game at all; Steam’s own search noted it had excluded unrelated results, including GTA V Enhanced, rather than surfacing a GTA VI page. Rockstar’s support article on GTA VI platforms, editions, and versions likewise names only PS5 and Xbox Series X|S, with no mention of Steam, the Epic Games Store, or any PC storefront.

A missing Steam listing is consistent with the rest of this page: PC has not been announced through any channel we checked, so there is no storefront, no page, and no wishlist button to find yet.

What about Rockstar’s release history?

Confirmed GTA V launched on PS3 and Xbox 360 in September 2013 and came to PC in April 2015. That history is relevant context for PC players, and our GTA VI versus GTA V comparison puts the launches side by side.

Analysis A past Rockstar game arriving later on PC shows that a later port is possible in principle. It does not establish a plan or timetable for GTA VI. Do not use the gap between GTA V’s console and PC launches as a countdown for this game.

What PC players can do now

What hasn’t been announced

What would count as a PC announcement?
